on the instructions of Indian Journalist Association National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi and with consent of National Organization Secretary Akhileshwar Dhar Dwivedi, State President, Marathwada, Maharashtra Aslam Qureshi was resident of village Ambajogai, District Beed, Maharashtra, Journalist Police Mitra Marathi weekly newspaper and Co-editor Republic Maharashtra channel Rehan Jagirdar was appointed as District President of Beed, Maharashtra and has expressed hope that by connecting all the journalists from the city to the villages in the Indian Journalist Association, there will be a continuous struggle to protect the interests of journalists and on the incidents of harassment.
 Rehan Jagirdar said that the Indian Journalist Association will become the voice of the rights of journalists.
