Organization to Provide Rs 25 lakh Insurance for Journalists- Surya Prakash Pandey
Safety of journalists is impossible without the organization.

A meeting of the Indian Journalist Association was held at the Mehandawal Dak Bungalow in which the security, insurance, membership etc. of journalists were discussed and a plan was made to end the harassment of journalists. Addressing the meeting, District President Surya Prakash Pandey said that organization has planned to get insurance up to 25 lakhs for journalists so that in case of any untoward incident, the family can get financial help. Apart from this, a special plan is being made to provide the benefits of health facilities so that journalists can get cheap treatment. The organization is also strongly engaged in building a media center at the tehsil level. Tehsil President Dharmendra Mishra and Sunil Yadav said that efforts are being made to make a journalist protection law so that there can be relief from fake cases against journalists. Without this, problems are arising on the impartiality of journalists. People are misusing the fourth pillar by making all kinds of fake allegations, which will not be tolerated at all. Apart from this, the expansion of the organization was discussed. Journalists are facing many problems but there is no need to be afraid of this, maintain impartiality. Keep in mind that the organization is ready to help at every level but exceptions need to be avoided. During this it was decided that by strengthening the organization, the battle of journalists would be fought at every level.
