Indian Journalist Association Delegation Meets Jharkhand DGP.

A memorandum was submitted demanding a high-level investigation into the fake cases registered against journalists. 

Ranchi, Jharkhand. 

A delegation of journalists led by Indian Journalist Association Jharkhand State President Devanand Sinha met the state Director General of Police Anurag Gupta. He was congratulated and wished a Happy New Year. On this occasion, a memorandum was also submitted to DGP Anurag Gupta on behalf of the association. 

The memorandum demanded prevention of attacks on journalists, high-level investigation of fake cases, identification of suspects committing fraud in the name of journalists and action against suspects driving vehicles with 'Press' written on them. 

The delegation included Jharkhand Journalist Association State Vice President Naval Kishore Singh, State Vice President Women's Wing Madhu Sinha, Rafi Sami, Rakesh Soni and others.
